HARI’S LAUNCHES DECADE-INSPIRED BLOW DRY EDIT FOR 50TH ANNIVERSARY

We went down to Hari's Northcote Road Salon in Clapham Junction to trial out the 50 years of Hari's blow dry.

A CELEBRATION OF FIVE DECADES OF ICONIC HAIR.

Since opening its first salon in 1976, HARI’s has become synonymous with exceptional hair. Over the decades, HARI’s has welcomed a mix of loyal notable names and long-standing clients, including Bianca Jagger, the Rolling Stones, Sienna Miller, Jemima Khan, Goldie Hawn, Millie Mackintosh and James Blunt, alongside generations of West London locals.

The first in a series of celebratory occasions planned for the year, HARI’s is kicking off the magic as it begins marking 50 years of creating legendary hair moments.

To launch the festivities, it will introduce a Birthday Blow Dry Edit for the week commencing 18 May. Created in partnership with Sebastian Professional, a fellow 70’s-born brand known for its legacy of creativity and self‑expression, reflecting HARI’s own. Guy Kleinhaus, Educator and Ambassador, Sebastian Professional, collaborated with the HARI’s team to create the era defining styles.

CLIENTS CAN CHOOSE THE ‘LOOK’ THEY LOVE THE MOST AND THE STYLE WILL BE TAILORED TO THEIR INDIVIDUAL HAIR TYPE.

Each of the five HARI’s salons will be transformed to create a celebratory vibe, think nostalgic era playlists, decade inspired imagery, and mirror slogans like ‘Big hair energy’ and ‘Soft waves, sharp finish’. No birthday is complete without a gift. Every appointment booked as part of the Birthday Blow Dry Edit includes a complimentary Sebastian Professional mask treatment in salon, and take-home gifts of the Sebastian Dark Oil Regenerative Styling Oil plus an Opi Nail Envy - gifting worth over £30.
